On Monday at 18:30 pm in the epilogue of the 10th round of League 1 in Ovidiu, Viitorul Constanța will receive the visit of the Poli Iasi group.
The two formations are separated in the standings before the direct duel by two points, the dobrogenes accumulating in the previous 18 points, with two over Moldovans.
Both Viitorul and Poli Iași have scored a defeat this season, both giving away the duels with FCSB and Gaz Metan Mediaș respectively.
Gică Hagi’s team managed to quickly overcome the failure with FCSB from Pitești, winning on their own field the duel with Gaz Metan Mediaș, giving the Transylvanians the first defeat of the season, score 4-1.
In shimb, Poli Iași goes through a crisis of form but also of results, the Moldavian group being without a victory of three stages in Liga 1, the last success dating from the victory from Pitești with FCSB.
In the last five “straight” in Liga 1, Viitorul has won four times while Poli Iasi has won only once.
