Real Oviedo:
Oviedo broke a very bad streak of results last day in which they had 1 point won in 4 games after losing to Girona, Leganés and Logroñés, and drawing with Rayo Vallecano.
But on Saturday they won in the island of Las Palmas by 1 to 2, with an early double by Nahuel Leiva that served as income to endure the whole game.
After this victory they take oxygen and add 10 points, which take them out of relegation places although with only 1 point more than Albacete which is 19th.
Cuco Ziganda is discussing the position of center forward in the team with several candidates such as Obeng, Nahuel or Borja, presenting their candidacies
One of the characteristics of Oviedo’s game is being the intensity in defense despite having conceded 11 goals, being the team that makes the most tackles and the most tackles end in a foul. It is also one of the teams that makes the most possession recoveries, but also that loses the ball the most times.
Castellón:
5 consecutive defeats have led Castellón to a delicate situation, being 20th classified with 8 points, in 2 victories, 2 draws and 6 defeats.
Last day they lost 1-0 at Molinón against Sporting with a VAR intervention goal, and they did not play badly, much less but finally they were left without scoring, with the negative note of the expulsion of Arturo Molina in the 92nd minute that deprives of playing against Oviedo.
The match was quite similar to the one seen in the match against Almería, in which a controversial goal was approved through the VAR and in the final stages Castellón was sent off.
Castellón is sinning to entertain too much in the center of the field and neglect the action in the areas. It is the team that makes the most passes and with the best efficiency (84.4%), but of those that has made the fewest shots on the goal with 63.
PREDICTION: Both teams to score / NO @ 1,66
