Poli Iași – Academica Clinceni, will take place on Thursday at 18:00 in Copou, the match counting for the fourth round of this edition of the League 1 play-out. In the regular season, the two teams and -they capitalized on the advantage of their own field, Poli prevailing in Moldova with 2-0 while Academica won at the limit in Clinceni with 1-0.
The two teams lost the matches played in the third round of the play-out, the first scheduled for the resumption of football in Romania. Mircea Rednic’s team lost to Ovidiu with Viitorul at the limit, score 2-1 while Academica lost to the non-presentation score, score 3-0, the Ilfov derby with FC Voluntari. Following these failures, the two teams complicated their situation in League 1, Poli reaching the place of the dam with 15 points and Academica on the last place with 14 points.
