Moldova – Kosovo will take place on Thursday at 19:45, the confrontation will count for the first round of Group C of the “League of Nations”. The duel will be the first one between the two representatives, the Kosovars being big favorites to win the three points at stake.
The two groups leave as outsiders in an attempt to win this group, which also includes Greece and Slovenia. Moldovans come after eight consecutive failures in the official and friendly games played. On the other hand, the Kosovars also have three games in a row in which they lost, the last failure being registered at the beginning of this year, on January 12, in a friendly away match with Sweden, score 1-0.
Coincidentally, the last match of the Moldovans, also friendly, was also played against Sweden, the result being the same, 1-0 for Janne Andersson’s national team in a match played on January 9, 2020.
