Mexico vs South Korea PREVIEW & PREDICTION 14/11/2020

Mexico:

Those led by “Tata” Martino close 2020 with two friendlies against Asian teams, such as South Korea this Saturday and then against Japan next Tuesday.

It must be said that El Tri has faced Asian teams on two occasions in the last 10 years, so the last rival from that continent in a friendly was precisely South Korea in 2014, in a game that was played in stadiums United where they won 4-0, and then these teams met again in the group stage of the last World Cup Russia 2018 and Mexico returned to stay with the game 2-1.

El Tri comes from a draw to a goal against Algeria and with this they added a streak of eight games without losing, where they won seven of them, and here they aim to continue on that same path.

South Korea:

For their part, those led by the Portuguese Paulo Bento come to stay with the East Asian Football Championship, by beating Japan 1-0, but beware that this tournament was played in December 2019.

With this result, South Korea added a streak of three consecutive victories, but beware that it faced lower-level teams such as China or Hong Kon and now it faces a high-level rival such as Mexico, against whom it has lost the last two games, with an aggregate score of 6-1.

To change that, Bento relies on what players like Son Heung-min, who has ten goals in all competitions this season, and Hwang Hee-chan can do.

PREDICTION: Mexico to win @ 2,05
