On Saturday at 14:00 on the “Fadil Vokrri Stadium” in Pristina, Kossova will receive a visit to the Czech Republic.
The match will be played in the 5th round of the preliminary Group A of EURO 2020 and will take on the two neighboring opponents of the standings.
The Czech Republic is in second place in the group, equal to points with England, both with 6 points each, but the English are leaders because of the superior goal. Also, England has a match less than the Czech Republic who in this group gave up with a 5-0 improbability in England in the debut of the preliminaries after winning the clashes on their own field with Bulgaria and Montenegro, score 2-1 respectively 3- 0.
On the other hand, Kosovo’s players have collected 5 points in three games played in this group. After 1-1 with Bulgaria on home soil in the opening preliminaries, Kosovo relapsed to Montenegro, finishing with the same 1-1 score, after which they won with Bulgaria in Sofia, score 3-2.
Aware that they cannot keep up with England in this group, the Czechs will do everything in Pristina to keep Kosovo away from a point and after this stage, although it would be ideal to go home with all the points. With a victory in Pristina, the Czechs would largely solve the qualifying equation by taking a decisive option in second place. Although they won in Bulgaria, with the victory coming in the third minute of the overtime, the Kosovars did not convince and did not show superiority in the face of better ranked opponents such as the Czech Republic.
PREDICTION: Both teams to score / YES @ 1,92
