Kayserispor vs Fenerbahce PREVIEW & PREDICTION 02/04/2018

KAYSERISPOR VS FENERBAHCE PREVIEW & PREDICTION

On Monday Fenerbahce will visit Kayserispor. At Kayserispor they miss a number of important names. Does Fenerbahce know to take the three points home?

Kayserispor:

Kayserispor is having a good season. With 41 points from 26 games they are in sixth place. European football is still a viable goal for them. Since the winter break, things have gone less with Kayserispor. They only won three of their nine games and lost four. Last week they lost 2-0 to Konyaspor.

The game of Kayserispor has been disappointing lately. They played very badly against Konyaspor. This is more often the case in away games. They know not to leave a good impression offensively and it also does not look very good defensively. It’s all a bit better for your own audience. Defensively there is no big difference, but there is more to see. In their last three home games, they managed to find the net seven times and thus scored seven points. Umut Bulut is the big man at Kayserispor with thirteen goals. His last goal is now a while ago.

Against Fenerbahce they will have to miss some important names at Kayserispor. Goalkeeper Silviu Lung is suspended and reserve goalkeeper Muammer Yildirim is injured. It will probably be Vedat Karakus who is allowed to make his Super Lig debut. In addition, defenders Cristian Sapunaru (suspended) and Tiago Lopes (injured) will also be unable to play.

Fenerbahce:

Fenerbahce was unbeaten for a long time. They remained unbeaten in the competition for no less than fifteen games. That came to an end when they lost 3-1 from Besiktas. To make matters worse, the Yellow Canaries went home against Akhisarspor 3-2. The gap with the leader was therefore only increased and no more could be lost. Last time they took it against leader Galatasaray and Fener had the chance to reduce the gap. However, the game ended in 0-0. Fener often does not have this result.

It was a competition where both sides got a number of good opportunities. The Yellow Canaries, however, goalkeeper Fernando Muslera could not pass. Coach Aykut Kocaman was not satisfied with the draw: ‘It was a match that could go both ways. Galatasaray will be happier than us with this result. “After the derby against Galatasaray, Kocaman once again complained about the arbitration, something that happens just a little after each point loss. Maybe it’s time for Kocaman to look at himself, because Fener’s game is certainly not perfect. During the interlandbreak, Fener lost 6-2 to Boluspor in a practice match. Boluspor plays in the second division and as Fenerbahce you can not score six goals from that. Or is the arbitration also responsible for this?

According to rumors, coach Aykut Kocaman is looking for a more offensive position in the remaining matches. Fenerbahce has, between the title candidates, the easiest playing schedule and that’s why the coach wants all games to be won anyway.
