In the third stage of Belarus, two teams from the bottom of the hierarchy meet for a duel in which it is difficult to believe that we will see many goals.
Belshina and Gorodeja occupy the last two places in the standings, after the first two stages. The hosts are 15th (goal 1-4), while Gorodeja is still scoreless, with two failures (goal 0-3). This is why we believe that both groups will endeavor to be dangerous!
Belshina comes after failures with FC Minsk (1-3) and Zhodino (0-1), after modest performances. The victories in the friendly, with Sputnik (1-0) and Chimik Svetlogorsk (3-0), are not very “hot” in the championship, where the rivals are much more capable. Instead, Gorodeja gave up the matches with Vitebsk (0-1) and Shakhtior Soligorsk (0-2). This will be a slightly more accessible duel for her!
There were only two direct matches between the two teams so far, in 2016, in the championship, when Gorodeja prevailed with 2-0 and drew at home, score 1-1. We expect another match with few occasions, in which each team will fight hard for at least one point. A big surprise would be to see goals on both sides, judging by the statistics of rivals.
