Saturday, at 5pm, Ajax Amsterdam receives PSV Eindhoven’s visit to the Johan Cruyff arena, where Razvan Marin’s “lances” are favorites at the 1.85. PSV comes after a match in Champions League preliminaries with FC Basel, and will give a solid replica.
Ajax had a delightful performance in the last season of the European Cups, when he fought peer-to-peer with Europe’s grandees and hoped for the Champions League trophy until the last minute. With a host of young and talented players, the “lancets” have remained loyal to the offensive and spectacular gameplay style, which has yet again begun with a great generation. Ajax played well in the summer, where he defeated Basaksehir (2-1), Watford (2-1) and OFI Crete (6-2), even though the Dutch lost to Panathinaikos (1-2). PSV had oscillating results in the preparations, but “negotiated” well with Basel in the Champions League.
