Qarabağ and FC Sheriff will share their trump card in the UEFA Champions League 2nd qualifying round match.

Azerbaijan representative Qarabag completed the last season as champion. Gurban Gurbanov’s students became the champion in the Azerbaijan Premier League for the 8th time in a row. Qarabağ started the new season with the Champions League 1st qualifying round match, defeating Macedonian representative Sileks 4-0 last week, and advanced to the next round and became the rival of Moldovan representative FC Sheriff in the 2nd round.
FC Sheriff :
FC Sheriff, one of the Moldovan League teams, reached the championship in the Moldovan National League last season. He finished the season as champion 17 points ahead of his closest follower Sfintul Gheorghe and qualified for the Champions League 1st qualifying round. FC Sheriff, who faced Fola Esch in the 1st round last week, defeated his opponent 2-0 in the home field and became the rival of the Azerbaijani team Qarabag in the 2nd round.
Qarabağ is the favorite of the game. They win against FC Sheriff at home and advance to the next round.
