Seville and Rome meet in the 8-finals of the UEFA Europa League final. The tour match will be played on Thursday, from 17:55, on Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan, without spectators.
This will be the first official match between the two bands. So far, two friendly matches have been played, the first being won by Andalusians, with a score of 6-4 (2015), while the second game was won by Rome, with a score of 2-1 (2017).
Even if they have only one failure suffered in the last 8 games played in all competitions, Sevilla can not boast of a remarkable form of moment. In this series, the Andalusians have won only two victories, 3-0 at Getafe and 3-2 with Osasuna. In the final 16 minutes of the Europa League, Julen Lopetegui’s team passed CFR Cluj, without a victory, after 1-1 in Gruia and 0-0 in Sevilla.
On the other side, Rome has three victories in the last four games played in all competitions. One of them was obtained in the final 16 minutes of the Europa League, in front of the Gent, with 1-0 at home, the return match being ended on a draw, with a score of 1-1.
Sevilla: Bounou – Navas, Kounde, Carlos, Reguilon – Jordan, Gudelj, Torres – Suso, Jong, Ocampos;
Absent: Fernando (injured);
Roma: Lopez – Spinazzola, Fazio, Smalling, Kolarov – Cristante, Mancini – Perez, Mkhitaryan, Kluivert – Dzeko;
Absent: Diego Perotti, Nicolo Zaniolo, Davide Zappacosta, Lorenzo Pellegrini (injured), Jordan Veretout (suspended), Amadou Diawara (uncertain);
The absence of the spectators could affect the quality of the game. The advantage of the own land will no longer exist for the hosts, and the chances of attending a balanced duel are extremely high. We count on at least one goal scored by the guests, but also on the fact that they will leave undefeated from Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.
PREDICTION: Both teams to score / YES @ 1,85
