On Monday at 16:00 pm on the stadium “Ilie Oană” in Ploieşti there will be the tradition derby between Ploiești Oil and UTA Arad, the match to be consumed in the second round of the Romanian Football League.
The two teams started as a cannon this season, starting with the right after the victories with 2-1 with Metaloglobus, respectively 3-0 with the Danube Calarasi.
Last season in the two duels between the two teams scored only a little 10 goals, Oil prevailing in Arad with the score of 4-2 and draw on “Ilie Oană”, score 2-2.
Things are quite different, however, in the two camps compared to last season, both the “yellow wolves” and the Aradians having as stated goal this season the promotion in the first league of the country at the end of this edition of the Second League.
The two teams showed quality in the opening round of the Second League and are certainly all the prerequisites to attend a spectacular duel on “Ilie Oană”, especially that the players of the two teams will be “forced” to give everything to be the height of the fans that promise to create a derby atmosphere.
