The gap to the top of the table is already ten points and third place is meanwhile no longer in direct strike distance. Uerdingen:
Two and a half years ago, the Russian oligarch Mikhail Ponomarev took over the chairmanship of KFC Uerdingen and since then has stood by Krefeldern as a potent financier. After passing through the Oberliga in the 3rd league Uerdingen is now represented here in the top group. With a record of eleven wins, a draw and six defeats, a goal difference of +5 and 34 points, the newly promoted is currently in third place. Even if a victory against Wiesbaden theoretically even the jump to the top of the table would be possible, but the defense of the current placement should be in the foreground. After all, the last little crisis was not so long ago, when the KFC conceded three defeats in series and missed a much better placement.
However, the KFC seems to have recovered from the aforementioned crisis.
