14 game days! So long it took until the FC Carl Zeiss Jena in the current season of the 3rd League finally celebrating the first victory of the season. Last Sunday at home against Hansa Rostock it was finally time. But the FCC is still the beaten light of the league. The backlog of the saving shore is still ten points.
Whether the first victory of the season was just a straw fire or maybe the starting signal for an unprecedented catch-up, may prove on Friday. Then Jena ran to the opening match of the 15th match day at promoted Viktoria Köln. The right bank of the Rhine have been waiting for a victory for six league games, after they had caused much stir and furore at the beginning of the season.
