Moldova vs Turkey PREVIEW & PREDICTION 10/09/2019

On Tuesday, starting at 19:45 pm, the match Moldova – Turkey will be played, during the 6th round of the EURO 2020 preliminaries, Group H. The Turks are unbeaten in the 9 direct meetings with Moldova, winning 7 of these duels. Most recently, 4-0 on home soil in March 2019. Turkey still needs a good evolution in Chisinau, after the “lacustrine” match with Andorra.

After the defeat with Iceland, score 1-2, Turkey played a modest football with Andorra, achieving a “miniscule” victory, score 1-0. Thanks to the 3 points, Turkey is on a par with the leader of Group H, France, but also with Iceland, all 3 having 12 points in the standings. Moldova registered a single success, 1-0 with “Cenusareasa” Andorra, losing all the other rounds. The Moldavian team took 3 goals in Iceland, and now hopes for a slightly closer score with Turkey. Senol Gunes’s students only consider victory, but they do not seem to be able to score many goals in Moldova.
