Mexico vs Chile PREVIEW & PREDICTION 23/03/2019

Saturday, from 2:15 pm, Mexico will be picked up with a similar Chilean representation in a friendly match to be held at San Diego’s “SDCCU Stadium”.

In a time of competitive break in Europe, occasioned by the European Championship qualifiers, North American and South American representatives meet in friendly duels. Mexico – Chile is one of the most interesting matches of this kind in this weekend, and slightly favorites, in the opinion of bookmakers, are Mexico. North Americans come out with a set of important names, but already known in the team gear. Guardado, Jonathan dos Santos, Chicharito Hernandez, Raul Jimenez or Hirving Lozano still represent the pillars of Gerardo “Tata” Martino.

On the other hand, we can note a minus in the face of the Chileans only through the absence of star Alexis Sanchez (Manchester United). Instead, we find sounder names, veterans Medel, Isla or Arturo Vidal being, of course, present in the band of Reinaldo Rueda.

In the last eight direct clashes between the two representatives, Mexico imposed three times, Chile on three other occasions, while the other two disputes ended in equality;

The most notable direct recent game of the recent past has been held three years ago in the quarter-finals of Copei America, when Chile scored a shocking 7-0 score;

Given the circumstances of this game, we expect a spectacular hostile run. Considering that we will attend a friendly match without a real stake, in which the less “brisk” players in both selected will want to stand out, we think we should see at least two successes in this confrontation.

PREDICTION: Both teams to score / YES @ 1,84
