Czech Republic vs Kosovo PREVIEW & PREDICTION 14/11/2019

On November 14, from 19:45 pm, the Czech Republic and Kosovo duel in the 9th stage of the Euro 2020 preliminaries, in a game scheduled in an incendiary atmosphere on the Doosan Arena in Plzen.

The Czech Republic and Kosovo are in direct fight for 2nd place in Group A, of which England is also part. The Czech Republic has 4 wins and two failures so far (goalkeeper 11-9), enough results to secure their second place before the round (12 points). Kosovo is part of an encouraging campaign and has 11 points (goal scoring 12-10), with a series of developments appreciated during 2019.

Montenegro and Bulgaria each have three points and no longer count in the fight for qualification. The Czech Republic comes after a failure in the friendly with Northern Ireland (2-3), but has won the recent matches with England (2-1) and Montenegro (3-0 at home and 3-0 away) and seems to be growing in form. The technical quality and experience is on the side of the hosts, but the guests can be aggressive and dangerous on the counterattack.

Kosovo has won the last three matches on its own ground, 2-0 with Montenegro, 1-0 with Gibraltar (friendly) and 2-1 with the Czech Republic. There are impressive results, coming against the background of good evolutions, starting from the achievements of the stars Rashica and Celina. In the tour, the Czech lost to Kosovo, although he opened the scoring through Schick (’16). Muriqi (’20) and Vojvoda (’60) signed the return for hosts, who hope to register at least once in Plzen. We expect a fiercely contested match, with a very good pace.
