Crystal Palace – Everton- Premier League – Prediction and Preview: 18th November 2017
The truth is that both teams are better off, and none will be happy on November 18th. Basically, both Palace and Everton approach the game knowing that they encounter a vulnerable opponent, especially in the defensive area. Even if the last 5 straight games ended with few goals (1-0, 1-1, 0-0, 1-1 and 1-0), this time we have to rely on a slightly more open, more adventurous game .
The draw has been recorded in 3 of the last 4 straight games, but this time we will see two teams who will take risks. Eventually, none of them will be saved from relegation by “pinching” points, but only with the victories obtained especially in front of the rivals. Let’s not forget that Palace has not scored in 10 of the last 12 stages and Everton’s defense is encouraged by knowing that Zaha & Co. they lost their inspiration and lucidity in front of the gate. But Palace has shown some improvements in the game lately!
Everton has never won in 13-stage away
Everton has lost in the “break / end” scenario in 5 of the last 7 stages and moving to London is a good opportunity to improve the ranking. Some of the injured in the “caramels” come back, and the international break came to the tank for David Unsworth, who worked intensively the attack phase in the last week. Wayne Rooney will be the player with most of the guests’ balloons, so the English is a good bet on the markers market. Everton is without a 13-match victory, and the focus will be maximum to interrupt this negative series: “the caramels” come to mark!
