We are in the last round of play and the title fight is going through all the tension. Fenerbahce knows what to do, namely winning. Nothing else is acceptable if they want to win the championship. Do they know the three points at home?
Fenerbahce:
The season is coming to an end and Fenerbahce will remain ace at the championship. The gap with leader Galatasaray is three points, but they have not thrown in the towel yet. To win the title they have to win their last game. Even then the title is not guaranteed, because the competitors must then spill points.
Last week, Fener won with no less than 7-0 from rider Karabukspor. It was played well and everything seemed to go well at Fener. Of course it was an extremely weak opponent and such a result was to be expected. However, this victory is very important for Fenerbahce, because it might give them the championship.
If Galatasaray, Basaksehir and Fenerbahce all finish with just as many points, then Basaksehir is the champion because of the mutual results. If the competitors lose points and Galatasaray and Fenerbahce end up leading together, then the goal difference is looked at, because the mutual result is the same. Thanks to the 7-0 victory, Fenerbahce will become champion.
Konyaspor:
Konyaspor is having a bad season and is therefore in the fifteenth position. They only managed to get 36 points in 33 games. Two months ago, Sergen Yalcin was appointed as a coach and under Yalcin they started to play better. This has paid off, because Konyaspor managed to prevent relegation. Osmanlispor lost and because of this a point was enough for Konyaspor.
Konyaspor also played 1-1 against Goztepe. It was a competition in which both sides managed to create good opportunities. Omer Ali Sahiner scored the equalizer and managed to keep Konyaspor in the competition.
Under Sergen Yalcin, Konyaspor started to play better. They do well especially in home games. That way they managed to win 26 points at home. In away games it is not so good and they only managed to get nine points. This is one of the worst performances in away games.
