ROLAND GARROS SEMI FINALS
A very important match today at ROLAND GARROS, at Philippe Chatrier Stadium – at 17:00 will start up the second semifinal of the men’s board between the spanish Rafael Nadal and the british Andy Murray.
Rafael Nadal is the favorite in this match, he reached in May with no problems at this stage of the competition, losing only one game in the quarterfinals to fellow countryman, David Ferrer.
He is comming after a match with David Ferrer, althought David Ferrer starts up the match with an advantage in front of Nadal, he coudn’t face the number 1 for a log time, and Nadal won with 3-1.
Andy Murray is favorite no. 7 to this tournament and to reach the semifinals had many hard matches, the first of them in 16-tenths ahead of Kohlschreiber who gave hard in five sets, final set lasting an hour and a half. The second quarter was tough match where he defeated Frenchman Gael Monfils all in five sets, the latter managed to return to a time of 2:0 in sets for the British.
Rafa Nadal and Andy Murray met six times in tournaments on clay, and the Spaniard has won all parties. In 2011 the two players clashed throughout the semifinals at Roland Garros, and Nadal won quite easily in three sets.
