Liverpool to qualify for the knockout round of the Champions League needs a success tonight. In five matches in Group team won just four points, being 3rd in the standings, tied with the Ludogorets Bulgarians who are last. Swiss managed  to have the six points in their victories at home against Ludogorets and Liverpool. After four seasons, FC Basel managed a big surprise in this competition, eliminating another great band of English groups, Manchester United. Before moving to England, FC Basel won the championship with 3: 0 on the ground away with FC Luzern.
Basel are in top form going into the game having won 4-0 at the weekend and have conceded just one goal in those last five games, scoring 14 goals along the way. They currently lead the Swiss Super League by eight points and will be looking to take the domestic form into this huge clash.
